Rest assured, our bounce houses and water slides are completely safe to jump in! We will make sure that your rental is completely secure. Be sure to follow all safety guidelines and rules for the best and safest experience.
We thoroughly clean and disinfect our rentals, before and after each use. WE do ask that you keep all food, candy, drinks, silly string, balloons, and any other unnecessary items away from the rental!
No! All of our inflatables are made of a vinyl that allows air to pass through continuously. The also allow air to pass through the seams!
-Adult supervision is required at all times.
-Shoes, belts, sunglasses, hair clips, and any other sharp objects must be removed prior to entering the inflatable.
-Playing around is expected, but absolutely no flips or rough housing is allowed on the inflatable.
-Absolutely no unnecessary items are allowed on the inflatables. This includes, but is not limited to, food, gum, candy, drinks, silly string, confetti, slimes, water balloons, etc. These are harmful to the inflatable material and if they are found to be used on an inflatable, will incur a cleaning fee.
-Please only use water on the inflatable if it has been discussed prior to the set-up of the inflatable. Some of our inflatables can not have water on them.
-While the inflatable is in your care and the weather is going to be severe. Please deflate the unit and cease operation until the weather has passed. The inflatables can be used in the rain.
-Most importantly, HAVE FUN!

Yes! All of our water slides can be transformed into dry slides! We provide a spray that will make sliding just as fast and fun as a water slide!
All of our inflatables (except for the toddler bounce and slide) are adult friendly!
All of the bounce houses and slides are water friendly. The Jump House is not water friendly and if water is used, will incur a cleaning. If you are unsure about whether water can be used, please feel free to contact us using the contact form or call/text us! 205-990-0645
Yes! We do rent generators if you are wanting to use the inflatable in an area with no power source.
We offer free delivery to our Military and Railroad personnel.
We offer Free Weekend Rental and discounted weekday multi-day rentals.
We do not offer any holiday discounts.

Delivery, Set-Up, And Pick-Up FAQs
We service Clanton, Verbena, Alabaster, Montevallo, Calera, Jemison, Thorsby, Billingsley, Maplesville, Plantersville, Valley Grande, Selma, Prattville, Millbrook, Marbury, and everywhere in between.

We offer a 25 mile free delivery. $1.25 per mile over 25 miles.Â
No. All of our inflatables must be set-up and picked-up by a member of our team!
We will try our best to accommodate all drop off and pick up requests. We need a definite 4 hour window that you will need your inflatable set-up for use.Â
Yes! You will need to have permission from the park and/or public space you are wanting to use the inflatable. Please note that you must stay with the inflatable, at all times, if rented in a public space. We must pick-up the rental before you leave. Also keep in mind that most parks do not have electricity, you will need to make sure and if not, we would be more than happy to provide a generator rental!
Yes, dry only. We have sandbags that properly secure the inflatable. The space must be large enough to accommodate the inflatable. Some examples are gymnasiums, auditoriums, or recreation centers.
We can set up dry bounce houses or slides on grass, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors! Our water slides do best on grass, but can be set up on concrete or asphalt if grass is not an option.
Normal wear and tear is expected but any out-of-ordinary damage due to negligence or not following the safety rules will be your responsibility. We will gladly remedy any issue do to normal wear and tear, but any issue due to negligence can result in a fee up to the cost of the replacement of the inflatable.
Tipping is not ever required, but is always appreciated! Our team works really hard on hot days, nights, and weekends to ensure that you have the best possible experience.
No! We will handle everything when it comes to pick-up. All that we ask is if you are keeping an inflatable overnight, please make sure it is inflated before our arrival for pick-up.
We provide Extension Cords for up to 50ft. You can provide an additional 50ft of 12g or 10g extension cord. You can also rent an additional 50ft from us for $20. Any distance beyond 100ft will require a generator. We rent generators or you can provide your own. You must have a minimum of a 3000 watt generator for one inflatable, a 6000 watt generator for two inflatables. Any additional inflatables over two will require additional generators.
We will provide 50ft of Water Hoses. Any distance over 50ft will require you to provide additional Water Hoses. You can rent additional 50ft water hoses from us for $20 per hose.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, cash, and business checks. ** WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASHAPP, VENMO, OR PAYPAL.
The price includes the labor for set-up and pick-up. It does not include delivery. We offer free delivery to Chilton County and 25 miles free to all other areas. Delivery is calculated on one round trip and anything over 25 miles is $1 per mile.
Any rental can be cancelled with at least 72 hours notice. Weather cancellations can be made by either party and can be cancelled with a 24 hour notice. Weather reschedules can be made up to the time of delivery. We do not offer refunds once the rental has been set-up, for any reason.
Coolslides Rental does not guarantee weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental before delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent or if we have reason to believe that the equipment and/or its users may be in danger. It is unsafe to operate inflatables if weather conditions forecasted or proved to be any of the following: wind or wind gusts at or above 15 MPH, tornados, hurricanes, or any other severe weather conditions. If conditions are deemed hazardous to participants and/or equipment, we will advise accordingly. Once the equipment is delivered and/or set-up, payment must be made in full regardless of use due to unforeseen weather conditions, disruption of electrical service, or any other unfavorable conditions. Coolslides Rental reserves the right to terminate the rental without refund, at any time, if circumstances have been deemed detrimental to its equipment or may cause unsafe conditions for users. In the event of severe weather during a rental, Customer agrees that they will unplug the inflatable, allow it to deflate, and not use the equipment until Coolslides Rental or its employees deem safe to do so. If event is cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions, Coolslides Rental must be notified, by phone, at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Coolslides Rental also has the final decision call regarding any and all weather cancellations or reschedules. WE DO NOT CANCEL FOR RAIN WITH LESS THAN 72 HOUR NOTICE. Any rescheduled event is subject to availability at the time of the notification of postponement.Â
The sooner you reserve your bounce house or slide, the better. This gives you a better chance of the inflatable you are wanting, being available.Â
Yes, we charge a $1 deposit for all rentals that must be paid by card. Remaining balance can be paid by cash, card, or business check.
Any Residential Rental that has an Event Date on Saturday or Sunday, we will drop off your rental items on Friday and return to pick them up on Monday!! You get the entire weekend of fun for the price of one day! We also do daily rentals during the week.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
-INFLATABLE PREPARATION: We ask that you have the inflatable set up and fully inflated when we arrive for pickup. This helps to shed any water, drain, and dry properly before our team reclaims it.
-PLEASE NOTE: Free weekend rental is for Residential Rentals ONLY! Commercial Rentals are excluded. Holiday weekends are subject to surcharge of $100. Free Weekend Rental is also subject to weather. Coolslides Rental reserves the right to cancel any weekend rental due to weather beyond rain. We will work with you as best as possible to still provide an inflatable, but it may not be for the entire weekend if it is calling for severe weather. We have not raised our rates to provide the Free Weekend Rental, therefore, a daily rental will be the same price and is subject to approval by Coolslides Rental.
-EXCLUDES: The Dunk Tank, Generators, and all Concession items.

ONLINE BOOKING
Choose your date, choose your rental equipment, and start the checkout process!
Once you have clicked the Green “Book this Event” button, it will automatically generate a contract for you and a $1 deposit.Â
Your Rental Equipment will not be reserved until both the deposit has been paid and the contract signed. This means that until this is done, your rental equipment is available to be reserved by someone else.
We will reach out to you to confirm your booking within 24 hours, and we will reach out again the week of your event to finalize any details. Upon delivery of rental equipment, a valid State Issued Identification must be provided.
BOOKING BY PHONE, TEXT, OR THROUGH FACEBOOK
We will quote you a price for whatever rental equipment you have chosen. We will need your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address in order to provide a quote.
Once a quote has been approved by the customer, we will send an Event Contract. This event contract holds our liability waiver and where you pay your $1 deposit.Â
Your Rental Equipment will not be reserved until both the deposit has been paid and the contract signed. This means that until this is done, your rental equipment is available to be reserved by someone else.
