REMINDERS FOR YOUR UPCOMING RENTAL

Things to know about your Event Rental

If you are reading this then you have ordered a rental for your event.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits are non-refundable and guarantee your rentals for the day(s) of your event. The $1 Deposit can be applied towards another rental within 1 year of your original reservation date. No refunds of the $1 deposit will be given, for any circumstance.

REMAINING BALANCE: If you only paid the deposit for your rental, the remaining balance is due at the time of delivery. The remaining balance can be paid by card or cash. We do not accept checks (We do accept Business Checks for Commercial Events). Please note that we do not carry change and any overpayment will be considered a tip for the drivers. We DO NOT issue change for cash transactions.

GRASS: Please be sure to have your grass cut no later than the DAY BEFORE we set up. Please make sure all animal feces have been removed from the area that you are wanting to set up in.

SPACE: Please make sure you have ample room for your rental item(s). We can not be responsible if there is not enough room for the rentals selected and you will be charged and not refunded if the rental does not fit. Also, please make sure that the pathway to the set up location is clear. We have very tight delivery schedules due to the large volume of orders.

WATER: You are responsible for ensuring that there is accessible water. We will provide the hose that goes on the inflatable and up to 50ft from the spigot to your set up area. If more hoses are required, you can supply hoses or you can pay for extra of our hoses. Our delivery team will only carry the amount of hoses necessary for the delivery route for that day. Please make sure you are planning ahead regarding hoses and let us know ahead of time if you will require more than 50ft of water hose.

POWER: You are responsible for ensuring that there is a standard power outlet, per inflatable, on separate breakers, within 100ft of your set up area. We will only supply 50ft of extension cord. You can rent additional extension cord from us OR you can provide your own additional 50ft of extension cord. If you choose to provide your own, the extension cord must be 12g or larger, can not exceed 50ft, and the use is at the discretion of Coolslides Rental. No more than 100ft of extension cord may be ran, in any situation. If you need more than 100ft, you will need to rent or provide a generator. If we arrive and the power source is more than 100ft and you have not either provided or rented a generator, we will charge you for an additional delivery fee, generator rental, and your set-up will move to last for the day.

STAKES: We drive stakes into the ground to secure our inflatable equipment. Please make sure you are aware of where your underground lines and your septic tank (if applicable) are located. Coolslides Rental is not responsible for any damage to any underground objects, at any time. We will only set up waterslides and bounce houses with waterslides on GRASS. There is no other option for inflatable anchoring when water is involved.

SPRINKLERS: We are not responsible for any damage to sprinkler systems on the property due to stakes or staking. If you have a sprinkler system, please let us know where not to stake. If your rental is overnight, please ensure your sprinklers are turned off as they will flood the inflatable. If they are left on and the inflatable is flooded, a cleaning fee will apply as we will need to fully dry the unit.

PARKS: If your event is at a park, YOU are responsible for ensuring that you have the proper permits/permissions for your event. Most parks require permission, at minimum. Coolslides Rental will call the Parks and Recreation Department to verify that all their requirements are met, and that they are informed that there will be an inflatable. We will also be more than happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance to meet Park Requirements.

GENERATORS: We deliver our generator rentals filled with gas, as a courtesy. You are responsible for checking the gas level every hour and adding more gas, if needed.

GATES: If your property has a motorized gate, it must remain open while we are on-site and until we have fully exited the premises. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the rental.

EQUIPMENT: Equipment can not be left unattended. If it is in your backyard for a party, and you’ve deflated for the night, it is fine for it to be left overnight. You will however be liable for any theft or damage that occurs to the equipment overnight, please take this into consideration when choosing your set-up spot. If you have rented in a public area, you are not allowed to leave the equipment until Coolslides Rental has returned to pickup.
