IMPORTANT SAFETY RULES
These rules were created to provide helpful information to adults and children in an effort to make sure that your party or event is a success. We always hope for you to rent from Coolslides, but these rules are helpful for any rental service that you use.
DO NOT Ø – Allow children to use SILLY STRING of any kind, on or near the inflatable. SILLY STRING will cause permanent damage to the material. Failure to comply will result in significant charges that will be paid by the renter.
DO NOT Ø – Allow sharp objects in or around any inflatable. Sharp objects can be on clothes or in pockets. Items such as pens and belt buckles can cause puncture holes to the inflatables.
DO NOT Ø – Allow participants in any inflatable with drinks, candy, gum, or lollipops. These are choking hazards and cause damage to the inflatables. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this rule is not followed.
DO NOT Ø – Allow animals in and or around the inflatables.
DO NOT Ø – Put water on a “DRY” inflatable. If you have rented a dry inflatable, please contact us before any water is used. Some of our inflatables are not meant to have water on them.
DO NOT Ø – Leave children unsupervised at any time. By signing our Rental Contract, you are agreeing to have an adult over the age of 19 present while inflatable is in use.
DO NOT Ø – Choose an area for an inflatable that is over 100ft away from adequate power. If you are over 100ft from a power source, you must rent or supply a generator that is big enough to power our blowers (3500 min req). Not making sure of this could result in delayed set-up and additional charges.
DO √ – Ensure that your rental service cleans their inflatables after each use with non-toxic/antibacterial cleaning solutions. Be sure to ask us about our cleaning practices.
DO √ – Ensure that the rental service guarantees that they will bring you the inflatable that you ordered. Ask us about our “CORRECT” guarantee.
DO √ – Ensure that your rental service is insured! Make sure you are choosing a reputable company to bring your inflatables! So many times we hear customers that have been scammed. Do your research with any company you choose to rent from.
DO √ – Ensure that you have fun! Inflatables are such a fun way to burn some energy and have the most fun at your party or event. As long as you follow the rules and put on a smile, you will have the most fun!
DO √ – Ensure that your rental service is professional and provides top notch customer service.
DO √ – Make sure that you thoroughly read all contracts and rules before signing. These include our rules and additional fee information that is very important to be read before signing.
DO √ – Ensure you have a large enough space for the inflatable you rented. If you are unsure if your space is big enough, take some measurements, and give us a call at 205-990-0645.
DO √ – Double check that all pet waste has been removed from the path and the area where the inflatable will be located. Additional fees may be applied for removal of pet waste.
